Individual personalities for a strong team

The careers in our services area are as varied as the route from Vienna to Milan.
Connecting all the areas of activity in the Sieber Group are our passion for logistics and the dedication with which we commit ourselves to our customers.

This is true whether you are employed by us as a driver, a warehouse employee, an IT specialist or a commercial employee. We want to feel that you are fully committed to providing the best solution for the customer. We will support you in this in any way that we can.

Esteem and mutual respect for all functions in the supply chain are an integral part of our corporate culture.

We offer you exciting and sometimes also unusual challenges in the following careers:

1. Driver

Our drivers are more than just drivers. You are our face to the customer. We support you with state-of-the-art vehicles and practical equipment.

2. Driver/Assembler

For our relatively recent service product sieber@home, you will drive to the end customer on behalf of our customer. However, you can do more than that, also bringing into play your skills in assembly and installation.

3. Logistics staff

We offer the most diverse tasks for logistics staff in our nationwide network of sites all over Switzerland and in Austria.

4. Goods handling staff

We can offer you flexible working hours, e.g. in the night shift, and varied tasks in the area of truck loading.

5. Forwarding agent

As a forwarding agent for freight forwarding and logistics services, you are the transportation architect. You organise the shipping, the goods handling, the customs clearance, and the warehousing of goods, and you sell transportation services and logistics solutions involving any of the means of transport (truck, aircraft, ship, or train).

6. Commercial staff

From accounting, to controlling, to human resources management, to marketing. The interesting and challenging work of an international company awaits motivated and dedicated employees with vision.

7. IT specialist

Information technology is of immense importance in a leading-edge logistics company. Therefore, we need experts who are already familiar today with the technology of tomorrow.

8. Trainees

We always need well-trained employees. For this reason, and because we are aware of our social responsibility, we provide training in the following skilled trades:

  • Swiss Association of Commercial Employees (KV) training, industry: international freight forwarding logistics
  • IT specialists, with a focus on systems engineering
  • Road transport specialists
  • Automotive mechatronics engineers, specialising in commercial vehicles
