With our Sieber Academy, we are extremely well prepared for the training and further education of our employees. Our training institution works effectively and in a targeted manner. It is used not just by our own employees, but by external parties also.
In the Sieber Academy, we offer fork lift driver courses, driver advanced training in accordance with the CZV (Swiss driver licensing regulations), training in passenger transportation, transportation of goods, first aid courses, and many more.
However, we of course also support our employees in other career areas. This is personalised and geared to the development of the particular individual.
We are always delighted to be able to fill management positions from within our own ranks. Internal training and external coaches ensure that our potential managers are well trained in the areas of personal development and leadership qualities.
In some cases additional external training may make sense for personal career planning e.g. the Swiss Federal PET Diploma. In these cases, we support our employees in terms of time and finances. It means a lot to us that we can encourage people in our company who have career goals and their own personal goals.
